Professional mediator Kirzhibayeva Madiya madiya_kz  held a live broadcast on the social network Instagram together with the President of the ARC Dmitry Verbitsky arsk.kz on the topic: “Mediation for the average person”. In a live broadcast, the mediator Madia, talking with Dmitry, talked about mediation, its meaning and role, its essence, about the mediator and his functions. She shared interesting information about the scope of mediation, its advantages and opportunities.

Lawyer Elena Revedinskaya expressed gratitude on Facebook to the mediator of the MPC Delmukhametova Nazira Khalelovna and to the judge conciliator of the Kostanay regional court. Due to the professional actions of the mediator and the judge, the dispute was resolved in the appeal instance of the Kostanay regional court. The parties concluded a mediation agreement, the number of signatories was 11 people from different regions of Kazakhstan. At the same time, judicial and extrajudicial mediation was applied.

  Every Year Grant Commission of the Akimat of Almaty city holds meetings and decides to provide grants to entrepreneurs in Almaty. The amount of the grant is up to 5 million tenge. The grant is given by an entrepreneurial project to create a new or expand an existing business, to acquire equipment, etc. But in order to get a grant, it is necessary that the project matches such criteria as innovativeness, social usefulness of the project, creativity, etc. Disabled people, representatives of socially vulnerable segments of the population are provided with benefits when considering an application.  Members of the commission are public figures, representatives of the media, chambers of entrepreneurs, universities, lawyers and others. The head of the ROO MPC Zhakupov Zhandilda is a member of the commission and takes part in its meetings.

  Жыл сайын Алматы қаласы әкімдігінің Грант комитеті жиналыстар өткізіп, Алматыдағы кәсіпкерлерге гранттар беру туралы шешім қабылдайды. Гранттың сомасы -  5 миллион теңгеге дейін. Грант жаңа бизнесті құруға немесе жұмыс істеп тұрған бизнесті кеңейтуге, құрал-жабдықтар сатып алуға және т.с.с. беріледі, бірақ грант алу үшін жоба инновациялық, әлеуметтік тиімділігі, креативтілік және т.б. сияқты критерийлерге сай болуы қажет. Мүгедектерге, халықтың әлеуметтік осал топтарының өкілдеріне өтінішті қарау кезіндежеңілдіктер беріледі.   2020 жылдың 5-маусымында Халықаралық құқық қорғау орталығы мен ҚР Жоғарғы Соты жанындағы әділет Академиясы арасында ынтымақтастық туралы Меморандум жасалды. Меморандум білім беру, ғылыми-зерттеу және ғылыми-тәжірибелік қызмет, ақпараттық және аналитикалық материалдарды әзірлеу, сондай-ақ Қазақстан Республикасында кәсіби кадрларды даярлау және біліктілігін арттыру саласындағы ынтымақтастықты қамтиды. Тараптар бірлескен білім беру іс-шараларын, құқықтың өзекті мәселелері бойынша ғылыми-зерттеу жобаларын, адвокаттар мен медиаторлардың үздіксіз білім беру курстарын ұйымдастыру және өткізу туралы келісімге келді.

Меморандум с Академией правосудия Верховного суда РК

  16 June 2020 a videoconference was held on the topic: “Mediation in modern conditions”, which was organized by the Mediation Cabinet of the Almaty House of Friendship in cooperation with the RPA “International Human Rights Center”. The conference was attended by professional and non-professional mediators, judges, heads of the mediation cabinet of the regional Houses of Friendship. The speaker of the conference was Zhakupov Zhandilda - President of the RPO “MPC”, an international class mediator trainer. Participants actively discussed issues of conducting mediation in a remote format, amendments accepted in the Code of Civil Procedure, and a bill on mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods. In a pandemic conditions, MPC mediators conduct mediations online through the zoom platform, telephone, email, Whats app, etc. At the same time, they are guided by the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which allow concluding deals through the exchange of electronic messages, etc. The Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan accepted new rules that increased the conciliation period to 10 working days at the stage of deciding to initiate a civil case, increased the number of disputes that could be resolved in a simplified manner without calling the parties, abolished the mandatory meeting room and much more. A bill aimed at developing alternative methods of prejudicial settlement has been developed by working group of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The bill has passed legal review and is being finalized. It suggested compulsory mediation and conciliation procedures before the court in family, land and labor disputes, as well as an informational conversation in criminal and administrative cases.

  4 June 2020 in Ural City Court a round table was held on the topic: “Institution of mediation development in criminal proceedings.” The event was attended by judges of the City Court, the prosecutor of Uralsk city M. Tleuliev, the head of the police department of the Uralsk city Aikenov M., MPC’s mediator Zhanurov Erlan Koishybaevich. They discussed the problematic issues of the development of mediation, interaction with mediators, payment issues for the activities of mediators, etc. They admitted recommendations on the active involvement of mediators at the stage of inquiry and preliminary investigation for the settlement of minor and medium offenses, without bringing them to court.
