On June 03–05, 2026, a workshop on the topic "Peculiarities of Conducting Mediation Procedures Arising from Family Legal Relations" will be held for MPC mediators. During the training, participants will receive a ready-made professional toolkit for working with the most complex family disputes; study the nature of family conflicts, family life cycles, and the behavior of the parties within them; receive an algorithm for conducting family mediation; practice the special communication skills of a family mediator; analyze the nuances involving children; master working techniques; and learn how to formally register property and financial issues: division of property, alimony, and child support. Participants will also receive the regulatory framework for family disputes and international standards for conducting family mediation. This workshop is aimed at the professional development of mediators.
