At the Taraz city branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Head of the MPC, trainer-mediator Zhandilda Zhakupov, conducted conflict management trainings for the civil servants of the region. The training generated great interest among the participants, as it included theoretical information and a substantial amount of practical exercises for the prevention and resolution of conflicts.
