We invite you to the professional mediator courses under the "General Mediation Course" program! The course is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mediation" and the Order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 14, 2023, No. 244-NҚ "On Approval of the Rules for Undergoing Training Under the Mediator Training Program". The course duration is 72 academic hours. Upon completion of the course, subject to successfully passing the exam, attendees will receive:
the profession of a mediator, along with a mediator's certificate and ID registered in the Center's registry,
a methodological manual containing a brief outline of the course, samples of mediator documents in Kazakh/Russian languages, and regulatory legal acts on mediation,
post-training consulting and membership in the Mediation Center to carry out the practical activities of a mediator,
regular up-to-date information from the Center, continuous professional development, invitations to republican and international mediation events, inclusion in the informational WhatsApp groups for mediators in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and much more. The professional mediator certificate is permanent (indefinite), does not require further accreditation or confirmation anywhere, is valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad, and grants the right to conduct mediation procedures for a fee across any type of dispute.
