Within the framework of the International Mediation Festival, a Dialogue Platform was held on the topic: "Features of Mediation Development in Certain CIS Countries," where mediators from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan discussed the development of mediation in their countries, legislation, statistics, and future prospects. Zhandilda Zhakupov, Head of the IHRC, and Aida Zamanbekova, Mediator and Center Coordinator, shared insights into 15 years of Kazakhstani mediation experience. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the IHRC and the "Mediation and Law" Center, which is posted on the IHRC website: https://mpc-info.kz/ru/component/k2/item/682-respublika-belorus-g-minsk. On April 24, 2026, the foreign delegation also visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus and participated in an external event titled: "Constitutional Values Through the Prism of Legal Education and Mediation." Judge Sergey Petrovich Chigrinov spoke on behalf of the Constitutional Court of the RB. Presentations were delivered by school and university students from Minsk and the Director of the Regional Center for Legal Information of the Minsk Region of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
