In the West Kazakhstan Region, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic “The Role of Mediation in Resolving Labor Disputes and Conflicts.” At the event, MPC mediator Zauresh Shatikova presented key proposals on how to effectively resolve labor disputes without going to court and emphasized the practical importance of mediation.

Following the meeting, the participants agreed to further promote the culture of using mediation in labor relations and to carry out joint informational activities.
