On October 21, 2025, a delegation of mediators — represented by the Head of the International Human Rights Center (IHRС) Zhandilda Zhakupov, Chairman of the Association of Mediators of the Turkic World Yakup Erikel, Head of the Osh Branch of the National Center of Mediators of Kyrgyzstan Avazbek Shamsheev, and IHRC Coordinator Aida Zamanbekova — visited L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

The guests delivered lectures on mediation for student ombudspersons from universities in Astana. Participants received commemorative gifts and books, as well as practical recommendations on dispute resolution.

The event was organized by the ENU Ombudsperson, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Professor Neila Shapekova, with the support of the Astana Student Alliance.
