President of the International Human Rights Center (IHRC) Zhandilda Zhakupov, as part of the delegation of the Association of Mediators of the Turkic World (TDAB), took part in a guest meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Türkiye, Adem Albayrak.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues related to the development of the judicial system and the institution of mediation in the countries of the Turkic world. Special attention was given to the exchange of experience between Kazakhstan and Türkiye in the field of alternative dispute resolution, as well as to prospects for further cooperation between the judicial and mediation institutions of the two countries.

Adem Albayrak emphasized the importance of strengthening interaction between professional legal communities of the Turkic states and highlighted the significant role of TDAB and the IHRC in this process.

Zhandilda Zhakupov expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and reaffirmed the IHRC’s readiness to jointly implement projects aimed at developing legal culture and enhancing the effectiveness of mediation at the international level.
