President of the International Human Rights Center (IHRC) Zhandilda Zhakupov, as part of the international TDAB delegation, took part in a working meeting with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Türkiye and discussed the development of mediation.

Mediation, as an effective tool for dispute resolution, became one of the key topics during the meeting between the delegation of the Türk Dünyası Arabulucular Birliği (TDAB – Union of Mediators of the Turkic World) and the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Türkiye, Muhsin Şentürk.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues related to the development and promotion of the institution of mediation, the strengthening of cooperation among legal communities of Turkic-speaking countries, as well as the exchange of experience.

Muhsin Şentürk emphasized the importance of expanding international cooperation in the field of law and expressed his support for TDAB’s initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of peaceful conflict resolution.

The participants of the meeting confirmed their readiness to continue joint efforts to develop professional relations and implement projects that contribute to strengthening legal cooperation among the countries of the Turkic world.
