On October 22, 2025, in honor of Republic Day, a round table was held at the Higher Engineering and Technological College for students of the “Jurisprudence” specialty. The event was attended by the Honorary Mediator of the International Mediation Center (IPC) Zauresh Akhmetovna Shatikova and the Judge of the Specialized Interdistrict Court of the West Kazakhstan Region, Dinara Gilmanova.

Zauresh Akhmetovna introduced the students to the principles of mediation, its social role, and examples of conflict resolution, and also conducted an interactive session with role-playing exercises on dispute resolution.

For her active participation and contribution to fostering legal culture, Zauresh Akhmetovna was presented with a letter of appreciation from the college director.

The students actively engaged, asked questions, and received detailed answers, deepening their knowledge of the judicial system and mediation processes. The event contributed to the students’ professional development and practical understanding of the field.
