The honorary mediator of the MPC in the West Kazakhstan region, Zauresh Akhmetovna Shatikova, has opened a mediation office in the House of Trade Unions in Uralsk. For many years, Zauresh Akhmetovna has been conducting extensive information work on mediation in the region, conducting mediation procedures and developing it at all levels. On August 5, 2025, an office was opened on the basis of the House of Trade Unions, where anyone who wishes can get advice on mediation and the services of a mediator.
