The head of the MPC Zhakupov Zhandilda conducted a training in Kyzylorda for members of ethnocultural associations of the region on the topic "Ethnomediation". During the training, the participants analyzed the theory of ethnomediation, practiced practical skills of negotiation and mediation in the context of ethnic conflict. As a result of the training, the participants received certificates and noted the coach's professionalism in mediation issues, his extensive practical experience and expertise.
