The mediator of the MPC in the West Kazakhstan region, Zauresh Akhmetovna Shatikova, received a letter of thanks from Mira Shamshitdenovna Bekmukhanbetova, a resident of Uralsk. In May of this year, she contacted a mediator about an employment dispute with the company.  The agreement was not concluded, but mediator Zrya Akhmetovna helped the parties to get out of the conflict without trial during the mediation procedure. The negotiations took a long time, and we managed to achieve positive results. Mira Shamshitdenovna expresses her gratitude for the hard work.
