Turkey has signed the first protocol on cooperation to become the "Intermediary base of the Turkic world." Now, for example, a dispute between a company in Baku or a company in Ankara can be resolved as soon as possible without arbitration and without trial through the channel of intermediaries belonging to the union. These mediation documents will be valid in both countries, as well as the court's decision.
