The mediation center of the RPA ICPR together with the RSA "Kogamdyk kelisim" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the House of friendship of Almaty held an online webinar on the topic: "Interethnic conflicts". The webinar moderator was the head of the office of mediation Nursaule Eltekova. The webinar was attended by professional mediators of the ICPR, heads of national cultural centers of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. All discussed the concept of interethnic conflict and its features, causes and types, and measures to prevent and resolve conflicts. Participants of the event expressed their gratitude to the organizers and mediation coach Zhandilda Zhakupov.
